about me

I'm a business analyst with a computer science brain. I work where business goals meet technical execution.

Most recently, I was a Nextern at Grameenphone Ltd., Bangladesh's largest telecom operator, working as a Business/UAT Analyst. I tested an enterprise order-management transformation (EOC–ECM) against its business requirements, documented defects and workflow gaps in Jira, and validated workflows with cross-functional teams before release.

I break complex problems down, find out what users actually need, and check that the solution holds up in the real world. I'm comfortable with Agile delivery, and I like talking to stakeholders.

Off the clock, I’m creating content, designing outfits, or watching true crime—still putting my creativity, eye for detail, and knack for spotting patterns to work. Apparently, this is how I decompress.
